    E-invoicing is mandatory in Belgium for all domestic business-to-business transactions between companies registered for VAT in Belgium. Invoices should be requested by mail (vesalius-regionalanesthesia@uzleuven.be) and payment should only be made after receiving the e-invoice.

    Cancellation policy

    For any cancellation, the following cancellation feed will be applied:

    • More than 90 days before first day of the workshop: No cancellation fee, complete reimbursement of the payment (minus bank fees).
    • Between 89-30 days before first day of the workshop: Cancellation fee of 50%, reimbursement of 50% of the payment.
    • Less than 30 days before first day of the workshop: No reimbursement.
